What Mansion lacks in size, it makes up for with lashings of cool. Located in the student/indie district of Hongdae, Mansion is “party central” north of the river, and functions as a lounge on weekdays and as a club on weekends.
Featuring chandelier lighting with a chill lounge feel — in contrast to other Seoul clubs that prefer chaotic lighting — Mansion’s atmosphere (or its lighting anyway) is on the more relaxed side, and gives off a different vibe from other clubs in Hongdae.
One huge plus is that it is not as crowded as other clubs; it’s unusual to wait in line longer than 30 minutes.
That isn’t to say, though, that the parties aren’t wild.
Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
